To remove the Press Ons, they must be actively loosened and lifted with a rosewood stick. As this is not the case when showering or washing hands, the product's durability can be guaranteed.
You should only refrain from washing your hands immediately after application so that the adhesive pads can bond well with the natural nail and press-on.
