Why did I get peeling, brittle, and damaged nails after removal?

This reaction is usually only temporary and often depends on the individual structure of the natural nail.

Just like with facial skin, there are different types of nails – some are drier, more sensitive, or react more quickly to external factors.

Dry nails, in particular, need extra care and moisture after a manicure is removed.

That’s why it’s important to give your nails a break regularly. During this time, we recommend treating them to high-quality care products such as our nail oil or nail serum.

Our nail oil is enriched with nourishing oils, vitamins, and soothing St. John’s Wort extract – it intensely hydrates both nails and cuticles.

Our nail serum is especially suitable for brittle or heavily stressed nails. With its powerful ingredients, it strengthens nails, promotes growth, and increases resilience.

Dry or flaky nails can also be caused by external factors, such as:

• Frequent handwashing
• Washing dishes without gloves
• Rough or improper removal of manicures
• Using nails as “tools” (e.g., opening packages)
• Over-buffing
• Contact with cleaning products or chemicals
• Extended exposure to hot or damp environments

Tip: Dry flakes can be gently removed with a buffer to restore a smooth nail surface.

By following these tips and caring for your nails regularly, you’ll soon notice a visible and tangible improvement.
