- File your nails and shape them as desired.
- Gently push back your cuticles.
- Lightly buff the nail surface.
- Thoroughly cleanse and degrease your nails with the prep pad.
- Select the correct size.
- Apply using adhesive tabs and/or nail glue.
- Press firmly for approximately 60 seconds.
