Can I exchange an ordered shape, color, or product for a different one? Is an exchange possible?

A direct exchange is unfortunately not possible due to technical and logistical reasons.

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will refund the amount according to your chosen refund method. You can then place a new order for your preferred product.
