I have purchased a gift voucher and have not yet received it

We only send our gift vouchers as PDF files. They are sent directly to the e-mail address provided after ordering.
If you cannot find the e-mail with the code in your inbox, please check your spam folder.

If you can't find the e-mail with the gift code there either, simply contact our Customer Care Team.

Important: Our gift vouchers are not sent by post. The gift voucher cannot be found in the package of an order if other products have also been ordered.
