Please contact our Customer Care Team and provide the email address you used to create your account. We will delete your account and all associated data in accordance with GDPR and confirm the deletion via email.
Please note the following conditions:
- All outstanding payments must be settled
- You must have received all due refunds
- No orders may still be in transit
If any of these conditions are not met, we cannot delete your account immediately.
For customers from the USA, please also note:
If you have an active subscription, please cancel it via your account before requesting deletion.
