Where can I find my return label? How do I get one?

You can get your return label through our returns portal:

1. Go to: https://us.doonails.com/pages/garantie

2. Enter your order number and email address.

3. Select the items you want to return.

4. Choose the option “Shipping label via Doonails”.

5. The label will be sent to you by email – print it out and attach it to your package.

Alternatively, you can arrange the return shipment yourself and send the package at your own expense to the address shown in the returns portal.
