My nails have discoloration, spots or visible defects. What is the reason?

Discoloration can have different causes:

Yellowish discoloration: UV light (sun, tanning beds) can slightly yellow light shades. This is a normal chemical process and not a quality issue.

Brown or green spots under the nail: Moisture trapped in this space can discolor your natural nail. The affected area will grow out with your nail and disappear over time. We recommend removing the press-on and allowing your nail plate to dry completely. When reapplying, press evenly from the center outwards to avoid air pockets. If the discoloration is unusually strong or spreads, we recommend seeking medical advice.

Color variation: The actual color may slightly differ from what you see in the shop depending on your screen settings.

Spots or bubbles: Often caused by air trapped during application. Press the press-on firmly from the center outwards and make sure no air is trapped underneath.

If you received an obviously defective product (e.g. damaged or discolored nails from production), please send photos to our Customer Care Team. We will review it and find a solution.
