Your subscription is automatically billed based on the interval you selected when placing your order.
How it works:
- You’ll receive an email reminder 3 days before each charge. It shows what will be delivered and allows you to swap designs, skip, or reschedule.
- The payment is automatically charged using the method you provided with your first order (credit card, PayPal, Klarna, depending on your market).
- Once the payment is successful, your set is prepared for shipping.
Updating payment details:
You can update your payment method at any time in the Customer Portal.
If a payment fails:
We will automatically retry the charge and notify you via email. No delivery will be sent until the issue is resolved. Your subscription will be paused automatically until the payment goes through or you update your details.
