I have shop credit / store credit. How can I use it?

As soon as we add Store Credit to your account, you will receive a notification email.

Here's how to view and use your Store Credit:

1. Click the link in the email.
2. You will be redirected to our website.
3. Log in to your Doonails account.
4. Open the Profile section. There you can view your current Store Credit balance.
5. Add your desired products to your cart and proceed to checkout.
6. On the left side, above the Payment Method section, you will see your available Store Credit. You can apply it to your order there.

Note: Your Store Credit can only be used while you are logged into your Doonails account.
