Why isn’t the payment working at checkout (payment error, 3D Secure, Klarna, PayPal, card declined)? What can you do?

Try the following steps:

Step 1: Clear browser cache
Old session data can cause issues. Clear cookies and cache or use a private/incognito window.

Step 2: Try another payment method
We accept:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
  • PayPal
  • Klarna
  • Apple Pay / Google Pay
  • Shopify Payments

Step 3: Fix specific errors

  • “Card declined”: Check limit, expiry date, CVV, billing address. Confirm bank request if needed.
  • “Klarna declined”: Try again later or use another method.
  • “PayPal error”: Restart PayPal session and log in again.
  • “3D Secure loop”: Contact your bank.

Step 4: If nothing works
Email support@doonails.com with:

  • Screenshot (no sensitive data)
  • Payment method
  • Country / shop
