Try the following steps:
Step 1: Clear browser cache
Old session data can cause issues. Clear cookies and cache or use a private/incognito window.
Step 2: Try another payment method
We accept:
- Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex)
- PayPal
- Klarna
- Apple Pay / Google Pay
- Shopify Payments
Step 3: Fix specific errors
- “Card declined”: Check limit, expiry date, CVV, billing address. Confirm bank request if needed.
- “Klarna declined”: Try again later or use another method.
- “PayPal error”: Restart PayPal session and log in again.
- “3D Secure loop”: Contact your bank.
Step 4: If nothing works

- Screenshot (no sensitive data)
- Payment method
- Country / shop
