Your order is usually processed within 1–3 business days after it is placed and handed over to our shipping partner. During periods of high demand (e.g. sales, holidays), processing times may be slightly longer. Once your package has been shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number.
After your order has been shipped, the following delivery times apply:
Germany: 2–4 business days
Austria, Switzerland: 3–5 business days
Netherlands, France, Italy: 3–6 business days
USA: 5–10 business days

Shipping to Switzerland
Our fulfillment center is located in Germany. Shipping to Switzerland takes place in several steps:
- After packing, your package is transported to the Swiss border.
- It is then customs cleared and handed over to Swiss Post.
- Swiss Post delivers your package directly to you.
Important: Tracking will only be updated after the package has been handed over to Swiss Post. Until then, the status will remain temporarily unchanged.
