I placed my order a few days ago, but it hasn’t been shipped yet. Why is that?

After you place your order, we first wait for the payment to be received. Once it is confirmed, your package is carefully prepared for shipping and then handed over to our shipping provider.

Order processing usually takes 1–3 business days. During busy periods such as sales, holidays, or new collections, it may take a bit longer.

Please also check whether you have received an order confirmation email. If not, check your spam folder.

If your order has not been shipped after 5 business days, please contact our Customer Care Team with your order number. We will be happy to check the status for you.
