According to the tracking, your package was delivered, but you haven’t received it. What should you do?

Sometimes a package is marked as “delivered” even though it is still on the way.


Please check the following:


Neighbors: Was the package delivered to a neighbor? Also check your mailbox.

Drop-off location: Check whether the package was left in a designated place (garage, porch, parcel box).

Household members: Did someone else in your household accept the package?

Wait 24 hours: Sometimes the delivery scan is triggered before the package is actually delivered.
Please wait one business day.


If the package is still missing after 2 business days, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier and find a solution.
