Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, processing can take up to 14 business days.
You will receive an email as soon as your return has been received, and another one when your refund has been processed.
Depending on your payment provider, it may then take an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to appear in your account:
- Credit card: 5–10 business days
- PayPal: 3–5 business days
- Klarna: 5–10 business days
- Bank transfer: 3–5 business days
f you haven’t heard from us after 14 business days since your return arrived, please contact our Customer Care team with your order number and your return tracking number.
