Doonails does not store payment data directly. Your payment information is managed by your payment provider (Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna etc.).
How to remove a saved payment method:
- PayPal: Remove the payment agreement in your PayPal account under “Settings > Payments > Automatic payments”.
- Klarna: Manage your payment methods in the Klarna app.
- Credit card: The card is only stored for the current checkout and can be removed via browser autofill settings.
For customers from the USA:
If you have an active subscription and want to change your payment method, you can do so in your customer account under “My subscription”.
