What does „Order not found in system” mean and what should you do?

It is possible that due to an interruption during the checkout process, the order was not successfully completed.

However, if the payment has been charged but no order can be found in the system, the order may not have been correctly registered.

In this case, please contact our support team and send us a screenshot of the payment so we can check this for you.
