As soon as you complete your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. After payment is received, your order is processed in our fulfillment center, packed, and handed over to our shipping partner.

Once your package is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking, so you can check its current status at any time. You can also find this information in your customer account.

If your package shows no updates for more than 5 days in the tracking system or has not been delivered, please contact our Customer Care Team.

We will immediately check the status with the shipping partner and update you as soon as possible.

Please understand that in some cases – for example, due to carrier delays – minor delivery delays may occur. In most cases, the package is delivered within a few days.

Shipping to Switzerland

Our fulfillment center is located in Germany. Shipping to Switzerland takes place in several steps:

  1. After packing, your package is transported to the Swiss border.
  2. It is then customs cleared and handed over to Swiss Post.
  3. Swiss Post delivers your package directly to you.

Important: Tracking will only be updated after the package has been handed over to Swiss Post. Until then, the status will remain temporarily unchanged.
