Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Within 60 minutes of placing your order, you can manage it directly through your customer account.

During this time, you can:

  • Update your contact details
  • Change your shipping address
  • Cancel your order

Unfortunately, it is not possible to add, remove, or change products (e.g. color or shape) after your order has been placed.

If you would like to change the contents of your order, you can cancel it within 60 minutes and then place a new order with the desired products.

After the 60-minute period has passed, your order can no longer be modified or canceled.

In this case, you can either refuse delivery at your door or make use of our 30-day return policy and place a new order afterward.
