Your tracking hasn’t updated for days. Is your package lost?

No worries – tracking delays are common and don’t mean your package is lost.


Possible reasons:

- The package has just been handed over to the carrier. It can take 24–48 hours for the first scan to appear.

- The package is in transit between distribution centers, where it is not always scanned.

- International shipments may experience delays at customs.


Recommendation: Wait 2–3 business days after the last tracking update.
In most cases, the tracking will update again.


If there is still no update after 7 business days (14 business days for international shipping), please contact our Customer Care team. We will initiate an investigation with the carrier.
