Can I return my order? – Return policy

Yes! At Doonails, you have a 30-day money-back guarantee from the day you receive your order – even for already opened products.

How returns work:

1. Open our returns portal: https://us.doonails.com/pages/garantie
2. Enter your order number and email address.
3. Select the reason for your return.
4. Choose whether you want to purchase a return label through us or arrange shipping yourself.
5. Pack the products securely and send them to the provided address.

Please note:

- Return shipping costs are at your own expense.

- Discounted items (outlet), advent calendars, and mystery boxes are excluded from the 30-day guarantee.
For these, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal applies (unused, in original packaging).

- Direct exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Please return the item and place a new order for the desired product.
